Seriously? Mis-trial? You have got to be fucking kidding me. When I heard about this today I was livid. All of those scummy fucks should remain in jail where they belong, and let Dave and his family have peace. This kills me. My heart is raging with anger. I wish I could have been at court. I wish I could have seen their faces, and spit in them. People really need to learn to start doing their jobs right, the first time, so that this shit doesn’t come up. It’s un-fair to all of us who have suffered from this and lost a great friend / relative, to have to feel this way and not have closure. I’ll keep faith that those fuckers get what’s coming to them. Dave, if you’re looking down and reading this I know you’d have my back. I’m so sorry this had to happen. You had so much more of your life to live, and it just sucks that was taken from you in such a horrible way. I love you. And miss you terribly. You were the brother I never had. I will never forget the times we had. One day we will meet again and talk a whole lot of shit about this, and laugh about it later. Can’t wait to give you hugs and kisses! Until then…
